A Yogi Smoothie

Hey, remember my friend Paul, the genius artist? Well I found him on youtube. Did I mention he was a Yogi too? Here he is making one of the healthiest drinks next to water us non-breatharians can consume--or is it an alternative cereal? He is putting it in a bowl: They say you are what you eat, so eat healthy! Excelsior, G.A.B.E.

The man behind the mask and the truth of personality

A friend of mine posted an excerpt on Facebook from the book "Only Fear Dies" by Barry Long A long, long time ago, when human beings were not so fixed in their physical bodies as they are today, there lived a man (or was it a woman?) who made for himself a marvelous mask - a mask that could pull many faces. The man used to... Read more here at https://www.facebook.com/victor.castillo.56481379/posts/10152367177275288 Excelsior, G.A.B.E.

A Spiritual Approach to Deprogramming Racism

I decided to show this one because I thought it profound. Here it is: Someone asked a question on a Facebook page as to the spiritual response to race issues: when you see people as spirit, with the body being the carrier of the spirit, you take note of the energy of the person and not their skin pigmentation or culture. This is true and it is the practice of many... Read more at http://www.wakingtimes.com/2013/07/22/a-spiritual-approach-to-deprogramming-racism/ Excelsior, G.A.B.E.

Denver and the Comfort Zone

I know it's been a few days since I've posted entries, but I have a very good reason why--I've been in Denver at the Empower Network's "Don't be a Wussy" Event! I've got so much stuff to share, I'm dedicating this entire week's worth of entries to it. So I'm starting off with the day I arrived--A day late, mind you... Tired as Heck after getting into Denver Empower Network is real. When I walked into the Denver/Colorado Convention Center, I could already feel the vibe of the place; thousands of people with the same general vision as I. The thing was though, it felt like family. I was united with every person there. But I also felt a little off balance. Luckily throughout the course of my time in Denver, the Universe would continue to say through people's mouths--"Get out of your comfort zone" people like Dave Wood, Tony Rush, and others. I was out of my comfort zone at the "Don't be a Wussy" event--I had never been to an event like this before--but I made a decision to be okay with that. I met people, and had interactions I never would have had if I hadn't been open to being outside of my comfort zone. The comfort zone can be so deceptive--it feels as if everything is great in life, but there is this thing inside that keeps gnawing at you to be great. If you want to realize your dreams, understand that you will be taken out of what's comfortable. You just have to decide whether your priority is to remain in your comfort zone, or to get in "THE ZONE" and create a badass reality. Getting out of our comfort zone means stretching what we believe is possible. If we do this enough, sometimes this can lead to withdrawal symptoms, and we want the comfort again. That's when you plug into your dream, your purpose. It will realign you to what you really want in life. If what you want in life involves being in an uncomfortable place, you will go there willingly. EXCELSIOR, G.A.B.E.

Let your hair down and Manifest!

So, I'm getting to the Denver event a day late, which is okay, seeing as how the mercury retrograde is just ending tomorrow (Saturday). I have very little money, so I feel a little nervous. My friends were driving me back from the bus station where I purchased my ticket, and I expressed this concern. My friend, in a state of excitement, said "Well, what do you want to happen?" We're living in a time beyond our wildest dreams. We can literally create anything we wish, and we can do it with power if we can love ourselves and be open to how the Universe wants to reflect that love. So I'll be getting money on the way to Denver, and I'll have more than enough food so I don't get too hungry. I also have a place to stay for the 24+ hours I will be there. Looking forward to seein' the Daves, the Verrengias, the Prosperity Teaam and others. Excelsior, G.A.B.E.
